Business Policy

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being.  We have found that our patients appreciate knowing exactly what their financial responsibilities will be before we begin treatment. 

Our goal is to not let expenses prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. When extensive dental care is necessary or dental insurance is involved, payment arrangements can be made with our financial coordinator, Carla. 

Our primary concern is your needed dental work.  We will be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business practices.

Pre-Pay
A 5% accounting reduction to the estimated patient portion of the treatment fee will be offered to those making payment in full by cash, check or credit card at least ten days in advance of scheduled treatment for estimated charges over $500.

Pay at time of service

Payment is expected in full for treatment provided at single appointments.  For extended treatment procedures the total investment may be divided by the expected number of appointments and equal amounts paid per appointment. 

Direct pay

Upon written authorization from you we can initiate a direct transfer from your designated checking account for your payment.

Credit cards

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express.



Outside financing

For our patients who would like treatment now, and would like the ability to spread the payments over 3, 6, or 12 months or longer, our office offers CareCredit. This third party financing program, specifically for health care, provides approval in minutes online or by phone.

Dental insurance

For those of you who have dental insurance, congratulations. Dental Insurance helps pay varying amounts of your dental expenses depending on your policy and the premium paid for it by your employer.  It is one of many savings options, but please understand, we have no control over the savings it may provide you since it is based on a contract between your employer and an insurance company.  Ultimately all fees incurred in our office are the patient’s responsibility.  We will, however, submit all claims to your insurance company for you electronically and will work to optimize your benefits. 

Senior citizen savings

A 5% reduction to the estimated patient portion of the treatment fee will be offered to our patients 65 years or better.

Change of appointment protocol
We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevent our patients from keeping appointments.  If you find it impossible to keep an appointment, please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance.  With this prior notice, we can reschedule your appointment and let another patient have the appointment time originally reserved for you. Without the courtesy of a call, a $75.00 charge will be added to your account.
