I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since I became the owner of this dental practice and was given the privilege and responsibility of caring for the patients of Dr. Ray Kelson. As I look through my patient’s charts I am honored and humbled by how many people have been with me through all these years. I want to thank each and every one of you: Those who have been with me on this entire journey and those who have joined me along the way.
Things are quite different today in 2013 than they were in 1993. X-rays now are taken
with the aid of a computer, making the results instantaneous and dramatically reducing the amount of radiation exposure. With new dental materials and techniques that have been developed over the years, the dental work you have done in your mouth has become
literally undetectable. We’ve created beautiful smiles and improved the quality of life though increased self esteem and the simple pleasure of being able to eat foods free of pain. Many of you have been able to get rid of your old dentures and have replaced them with permanent teeth through advances in implants. Crowns can be completed in a single visit with the aid of a computer. No more goop slopped in the mouth and the worry of losing your temporary crown. Medications can be given to allow you to sleep through your dental appointment. Even the delivery of anesthetic has been improved to be virtually pain-free. We have upgraded our office equipment and supplies to be as modern as possible. and are continually educating ourselves regarding the most recent advances in
dentistry.
Early on I made it my commitment to deliver the highest quality dental care in a
professional and pleasant manner. I feel that to do this it is important to
have a close relationship with each and every one of you. To maintain this high
level of service I have resisted contracting with high volume dental insurance
plans that would limit my abilities to deliver this kind of care. I hope to
continue to practice this type of care in spite of the changes that are coming
in the insurance industry. I want to thank you for your continued trust in me.
I don’t take this trust lightly and I am honored to serve you.
